How Does The Bid/Buy Process Work?

Step 1 Please specify the vehicles you would like to purchase by completing the Vehicle Request form , or contact us via emial at info@tokyocsl.com by phone at +81-36-721-5005 or by fax at +81-36-737-8844

Step 2 We will search Japan auto auctions for you and provide a list of vehicles that meet your requirements based on your vehicle request. We will also send you an invoice with the estimated total cost of the vehicle. 

Step 3   Please Review the list of available vehicles and decide which vehicles you would like us to bid on for you. We will send you a final invoice and request payment for the estimated amount of each vehicle you have requested. Payments should be made within 24 hours of the auction start time. Once the invoiced amount has been paid, We will bid on the vehicles you have selected.

What happens if customer payments do not arrive on time or we do not win the auction? If payments does not arrive on time and or we are not able to purchase the requested vehicle, we will continue to search for and with your permission bid on vehicles with identical specifications and or provide a full refund within 48 hours (bank transfer fees and service times may apply). 
What happens if we lose the auction. If we cannot find a vehicle with identical specifications. We will provide full refund within 48 hours of cancellation agreement.  
Ithe invoiced amount has been paid, We will bid on the vehicles you have selected.  

Step 4 After the auction is over and we confirm that you are the winning bidder, we schedule domestic or International shipping of your vehicle. We are able to provide maintenance services for vehicles that need upgrades or minor repairs (additional fees apply). For domestic customers, we can also perform vehicle inspection and registration services (additional fees apply).
